Who We Are
Jeannine E. Carrier has been in the title insurance industry for over 30 years. With a degree from the first paralegal class to graduate from the University of Toledo, Jeannine has experience in all aspects of the title insurance business, from abstracting titles to title examination to real estate closings. This broad experience allows Jeannine to be a knowledgeable, professional and seasoned closer.

Will handles a broad range of complex commercial real estate and corporate issues for his clients throughout Florida and the entire Southeast. His clients include developers, investors institutional private equity funds, EB-5 developers and funds, as well as high net worth individuals and their associated family offices. He also regularly counsels clients on corporate securities and financing related matters. Representative engagements include serving as lead counsel on the development of a 15-acre mixed-use project, negotiating a portfolio of ground leases for a fast-growing restaurant chain, handling all financing negotiations (including FNMA) for a multi-family owner/operator, counseling a private lender client on the purchase (and subsequent modifications) of commercial loans, the sale of a portfolio of limited-service hotels, and representing the developer of an affordable housing project utilizing tax credits.
Eric is a Licensed Attorney in the State of Florida and a St Petersburg native. He previously served as a Senior Advisor to the three Secretaries of Defense at the Pentagon, working personally for the Secretary of Defense and as Senior Policy Advisor to Marine General John Allen. Eric practiced law as an attorney in Florida and Washington DC, where he served on senior policy staff in Congress on national security and a range of legislative issues within the Energy and Commerce Committee, the Committee whose oversight includes real estate, title insurance and mortgages.
A St Pete High graduate, Eric earned his Bachelor degree at Northwestern University, studied at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, and holds a law degree from Georgetown University. He and his wife, Tracy, have two young children.
Ernest handles all aspects of real estate and property law including the representation of developers, as well as a transactional practice involving the sale and purchase of real property and business assets. Also, he handles corporate law such as the formation of all types of entities and represents lenders in all types of lending transactions, landlord and tenant leasing and the formation of new businesses from an entrepreneurial basis.
